Day 7. From that show, one painting stood out the most. At the time I was frantically making so many different pieces, using so many different colors for background and stencils that I really don’t know how I ended up with this combination. Everyone gravitated to the colors. One of the most important things about art is to know and understand your audience. At the time they knew something I didn’t. This was the painting that changed it all. It is the reason I still use the same bold colors today. A beautiful mistake.
